The Springfield Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is accepting Proposals from the public for assistance revitalizing vacant property located at 712 N. Laurel Street, Springfield, Georgia. All respondents are subject to the instructions communicated in the RFP Packet and should completely review the entire RFP Packet provided and follow instructions carefully.
