Oak Street RFP Deadline

The Springfield Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is accepting Proposals from the public for assistance revitalizing vacant property located at 505 N. Oak Street, Springfield, Georgia.
RFP responses will be received at Springfield City Hall, 130 S. Laurel Street, Post Office Box 1, Springfield, GA 31329, until 12:00pm, Monday, November 30th at 12:00pm.
Responses received after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened.
Responses must be returned in a sealed envelope or container marked with the consultant’s name and “RFP: Springfield DDA”. Responses may be mailed or hand delivered and will be received by the following:
