Pre-Submittal Conference
A pre-submittal conference will be held on September 28th at 4:00pm at the Springfield City Hall, 130 S. Laurel Street, Springfield, GA. At this meeting, the DDA representatives will discuss the scope of the project, general issues and respond to any general questions from the attendees. The DDA Board and/or representative(s) will not be available for additional meetings or able to respond to individual inquiries, other than written requests, regarding the project scope outside of this conference. This conference is not mandatory, however, all interested parties are encouraged to attend.
